6. Tampered or Damaged Package
If the outer package appears tampered, damaged, opened, or broken at the time of delivery, customers are requested to:
- Record a continuous, uncut video while receiving the package from the delivery partner.
- Continue recording a single uninterrupted video while opening the package.
- Report the issue to our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims submitted without the required uncut videos may not be accepted.
