At Pristine Harvest, a brand owned by Rishya Foods Private Limited, we take utmost care to ensure that every product is packed, sealed, and shipped under strict quality standards.
Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.
Exceptions
A refund or replacement will be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:
- The package is received in a visibly tampered, damaged, or opened condition at the time of delivery.
- The wrong product has been delivered.
Mandatory Proof Required
To process any claim, the following evidence is mandatory:
- A clear, uninterrupted (uncut) video showing the sealed package being received directly from the delivery partner. The package condition and shipping label must be clearly visible.
- A single continuous (uncut) video of opening the package, starting immediately after receiving it. The entire unpacking process must be recorded without any pause, edit, or interruption until the product is fully visible.
Claims submitted without both of the above videos will not be accepted.
Time Limit for Claims
Any claim must be reported to our customer support within 24 hours of delivery, along with the required videos and order details.
Verification Process
All claims are subject to verification by our Quality Assurance Team. If, after verification, the claim is found to be genuine, Pristine Harvest may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement or refund.
The decision of Rishya Foods Private Limited shall be final.
No Return / No Refund
Refunds, replacements, or returns will not be provided for:
- Change of mind.
- Personal taste or preference.
- Incorrect order placed by the customer.
- Minor variations in the natural colour, size, shape, or texture of agricultural products.
- Products that have been opened, consumed, or improperly stored after delivery.
- Claims submitted without the required uncut videos.
- Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery.
